- 4 – 6 medium potatoes
- 4 – 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 blades chive, finely sliced
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pepper Sauce (optional)
Wash potatoes. Place in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Peel and place in a bowl.
Mash the potatoes with a fork.
Add the garlic, chives, salt and black pepper.
Heat oil in a small pan until smoking. Immediately pour all over the potatoes.
Mix well and serve.
