Complexity: Easy


  • 4 – 6 medium potatoes
  • 4 – 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 blades chive, finely sliced
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Pepper Sauce (optional)


  1. Wash potatoes. Place in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Peel and place in a bowl.
  2. Mash the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Add the garlic, chives, salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat oil in a small pan until smoking. Immediately pour all over the potatoes.
  5. Mix well and serve.
