BACON AND SPINACH SANDWICHES

Complexity:  Easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 bread rolls, halved and heated
  • 6 – 8 slices bacon, cooked to your preference
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Pepper Sauce, optional

Directions:

  1. Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread. Top with some spinach leaves
  2. Top with bacon using approximately 2 – 3 bacon slices, halved per sandwich.
  3. Top with ketchup, mustard, pepper sauce if using. Cover with top half and enjoy.
