- 4 bread rolls, halved and heated
- 6 – 8 slices bacon, cooked to your preference
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Pepper Sauce, optional
- Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread. Top with some spinach leaves
- Top with bacon using approximately 2 – 3 bacon slices, halved per sandwich.
- Top with ketchup, mustard, pepper sauce if using. Cover with top half and enjoy.
