BACON & SALMON SANDWICHES

Complexity:  Easy

Ingredients:

  • 4 bread rolls, halved and heated (we used hops bread)
  • 2 cooked salmon fillets
  • 4 – 6 pieces bacon, cooked to your preference
  • Fresh spinach or chopped lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic Sauce
  • Mustard
  • Pepper Sauce, optional

Directions:

  1. Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread. Top with some spinach leaves.
  2. Flake the salmon into large chunks and evenly layer over the spinach. Drizzle with a little garlic sauce.
  3. Top with the bacon, mustard and pepper sauce if using. Cover with top half and enjoy.
