- 4 bread rolls, halved and heated (we used hops bread)
- 2 cooked salmon fillets
- 4 – 6 pieces bacon, cooked to your preference
- Fresh spinach or chopped lettuce leaves
- Garlic Sauce
- Pepper Sauce, optional
- Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bread. Top with some spinach leaves.
- Flake the salmon into large chunks and evenly layer over the spinach. Drizzle with a little garlic sauce.
- Top with the bacon, mustard and pepper sauce if using. Cover with top half and enjoy.
