Complexity:  Easy


  • 1 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • you can also use a mixture of chopped chives, thyme and celery)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper


  1. In a small bowl mix together the green seasoning, vinegars, mustard, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper.
  2. Vigoursly whisk in the olive oil.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Use as desired.
