BASIL PESTO CHEESE SPREAD

Complexity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 large block cheddar cheese, cut in cubes (8 – 12 oz)
  • 3 – 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp pepper sauce
  • 3 – 4 tsp basil pesto
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place in a bowl and use for sandwiches or as a dip. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
