- 1 large block cheddar cheese, cut in cubes (8 – 12 oz)
- 3 – 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh green seasoning
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp pepper sauce
- 3 – 4 tsp basil pesto
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
- Place in a bowl and use for sandwiches or as a dip. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
