- 4 – 6 king fish fillets or slices
- 2 tsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 -3 blades shadon beni, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped celery
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp amchar masala
- 1 tbsp ground geera
- 2 – 3 tbsp oil
- Cooking spray
Rinse fish fillets and pat dry. Place in a dish. Sprinkle all the ingredients except the oil over the fillets. Rub into the fish. Drizzle with the vegetable oil. Cover and leave to marinade for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven or broiler to 400 degrees F. Spray a broiler rack with cooking spray. Place the fillets on the rack.
Drizzle with a little more oil.
Place in oven and broil for 15 – 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. Remove from oven and serve.
