BROILED SALMON

Ready in: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Rinse fillets with water and pat dry.

  2. Season with salt, black pepper, all purpose seasoning and green seasoning. Let marinate for at least half hour.

  3. Preheat oven to broiling temperature.

  4. Place fillets on broiler rack which has been sprayed with a little cooking spray.

  5. Drizzle the salmon with lime juice and then olive oil.

  6. Place in the broiler and cook for 15 – 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.

  7. Remove and serve. A little more lime juice may be drizzled over the top of the fillets just before serving.
