- 1 ripe cantaloupe
- 1 cup fresh diced pineapple
- ½ cup vodka
- 1 – 2 tbsp chopped shadon beni
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- Salt and black pepper
Peel, seed and cut the cantaloupe into cubes. Place in a medium glass bowl.
Add pineapple, vodka, shadon beni, and onion.
Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend. Serve chilled.
