- 4 bread rolls, halved
- Slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp sweet pepper pesto
- (we used Del Mano )
- Slices of tomato
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Pepper sauce
Spread mayonnaise on bottom half of the bread.
Top with spinach, tomato and cheese.
Top each sandwich with a heaping tablespoon of pesto.
Dot with pepper sauce and cover with the top half of the bread.
