- 1 loaf French bread or baguette
- 5 – 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 oz butter, softened
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice the loaf of bread into 1- inch slices, but do not slice right through.
Mix together the butter, garlic, ½ cup Parmesan cheese, oregano and parsley.
Spread this mixture in between each slice and spread on top of the loaf. Sprinkle the loaf with the remaining cheese.
Wrap the loaf in foil, leaving the top of the loaf exposed.
Place in preheated oven for 5 – 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
