- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup cream or evaporated milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
Put the chocolate chips in a bowl. Add the vanilla essence.
Heat cream or milk in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
Pour the hot cream over the chips and let sit for a few seconds.
Stir the mixture with a whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Use as desired.
