Complexity: Easy


  • 10-12 whole chicken wings
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • All purpose seasoning
  • ½ cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 blades of chives, chopped.


  1. Remove the tips of the wings.
  2. Drizzle chicken wings with oil and season with salt, pepper, green seasoning and all-purpose seasoning. Let marinate for at least half hour in refrigerator to overnight.
  3. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet and roast in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 30 minutes, until the wings get crisp and brown and the meat is tender.
  4. While the meat is roasting, melt the butter in a sauté pan add curry powder and cumin, lime zest, juice and honey, sauté for 2 minutes. Add a little salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture in a large bowl.
  5. When wings come out of the oven, toss them in the bowl with the citrus curried flavored butter. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
