- ¾ cup finely grated coconut
- 2 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 – 1½ cups water
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the grated coconut, salt and pepper.
Form a well in the center and add the water.
Mix together until a soft but firm dough is formed. You may need to add more flour or water to get the correct consistency.
Let rest for 10 minutes. Form into the desired shape.
Cook in a large pot of boiling water for approximately 10 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface. Remove from water and serve.
