- 2½ cups icing sugar, sifted
- 4 – 5 tbsps milk or cream
- 1 tsp coconut essence
Put icing sugar and zest in a bowl.
Add a little milk, essence and stir into the sugar. Keep adding the milk, 1 tbsp at a time, stirring until the icing is smooth and a fairly thick consistency.
Use to drizzle over your favourite cookies and cakes.
