COCONUT GLACE ICING

Complexity: Easy

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups icing sugar, sifted
  • 4 – 5 tbsps milk or cream
  • 1 tsp coconut essence

Directions:

  1. Put icing sugar and zest in a bowl.

  2. Add a little milk, essence and stir into the sugar. Keep adding the milk, 1 tbsp at a time, stirring until the icing is smooth and a fairly thick consistency.

  3. Use to drizzle over your favourite cookies and cakes.
