CORN SALAD

Complexity: Medium

Ingredients:

  • 2 tins whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • ½ sweet pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely minced onion
  • Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 – 3 blades shadon beni, minced
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce or ½ tsp cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix together the minced onion, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, shadon beni and pepper sauce.

  2. Add the tomato and sweet pepper. Mix well.

  3. Mix in the corn. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
