- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 scoop protein powder coffee flavor or add 1 tbsp of coffee to your mixture
- ½ cup dried cranberries or jellied from the tin
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of water or as needed to form a batter
- Cooking spray
- CARAMELIZED APPLES/ BANANA OR PEAR
- 2 apples core and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup wate
- Pancakes: Mix all ingredients together and set aside.
- Heat pan coconut oil in a pan and cook pancakes 3 min on each side.
- Apple topping: Simmer all ingredients in a sauté pan until sauce thickens
- Server hot over pancakes
