  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


  1. Remove the parsley leaves and chop finely. It should yield approximately 2 tbsps.
  2. Place in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. For a quicker method, place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
