- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Remove the parsley leaves and chop finely. It should yield approximately 2 tbsps.
Place in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate until ready to use.
For a quicker method, place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
