- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- Cooking spray
In a bowl, add all the ingredients. With an electric mixer on low speed, mix the ingredients until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least ½ hour.
Lightly spray a non – stick pan with the cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Using a ladle, pour a small amount of the batter into the heated pan, quickly swirling the pan to coat the entire base of the pan.
Cook for 1 minute and turn, cooking on the other side for approximately 30 seconds. Remove and repeat until all the batter is done.
Serve with your favourite sweet or savory filling.
