  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 240 g powdered sugar
  • 1¼ cup heavy cream
  • 60 g Wholewheat Crix
  • Powdered sugar
  • Your favourite Crix Crackers
  • Coffee liqueur:
  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp rum


  1. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and heavy cream in a mixer. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. Mix the ingredients together for the coffee liqueur and gently brush on some of the liquid onto the Crix. Ensure that it is moist not soggy.
  3. Sprinkle the Crix with powdered sugar to coat it and break up into random small pieces.
  4. TO ASSEMBLE : Take a 2 oz shot glass and place some of the cream cheese mixture into the glass (approx. 1/3 of the way), then add some of the Crix as a thin layer.
  5. Top with more filling and then add another layer of crackers followed by the filling. Dust with cocoa powder and chill until set. Enjoy with your favourite Crix Crackers.
