- ¾ cup salted cod flakes,
- already blanched with hot water and excess salt removed
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, finely diced
- 2 tbsp cilantro,finely minced/1 tsp chadon beni
- ½ cup fresh whole tomatoes finely diced
- 2 tbsp chive, minced
- ½ lime, juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper sauce to taste
- Your favourite Crix Crackers
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Enjoy with your favourite Crix crackers.
