Ready in: 20 minutes
- 4 large dasheen
- 2 onions. chopped
- 4- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 4 blades chive, chopped
Peel and boil dasheen until cooked. Dice into 1-inch cubes.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour in enough water just to cover the ingredients
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Refrigerate until ready to serve
