- 1-2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 1-2 Tbsp DEK’S Pineapple Pepper Relish
- Mixed greens – arugula, spinach, romaine
- Juice of 1 small lime
Mix together the mango and pineapple relish in a bowl.
Toss together the mixed greens and drizzle with a little lime juice.
Place the greens in a salad bowl. Top with the mango mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add the onion and peppers toss well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
