- 1 head lettuce
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 – 3 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Black pepper
Rinse the lettuce and shake off excess water.
Chop the lettuce and place in a shallow dish or platter.
Arrange the cucumber slices on top, followed by the tomato slices.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
