  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • ¾ cup of apple juice
  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 5 pork chops, bone in
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • Few dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp of grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • ¼ tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar


  1. Combine ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple juice, cinnamon, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. In a large dish coat pork chops with marinade. Leave in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet; sauté onion, apple, pineapple, and raisins for 8-10 minutes. Remove onion and fruit mixture and set aside.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  4. Transfer pork chops with marinade in a greased baking dish. Top with onion and fruit mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes – 1 hour depending on the thickness of the chops.
