Complexity: Easy


  • 20 – 25 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 6 – 7 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3 oz butter, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lime


  • Season the shrimp with garlic, green seasoning, salt and black pepper. Let marinate for at least half hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Mix together butter and the Parmesan cheese.

  • Place the seasoned shrimp in an even layer in the dish. Dot with the butter/cheese mixture. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 4 – 6 minutes, just until the shrimp are cooked and the butter has melted. Serve immediately.
