- 20 – 25 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 – 7 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh green seasoning
- Salt and black pepper
- 3 oz butter, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Juice of 1 lime
Season the shrimp with garlic, green seasoning, salt and black pepper. Let marinate for at least half hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix together butter and the Parmesan cheese.
Place the seasoned shrimp in an even layer in the dish. Dot with the butter/cheese mixture. Squeeze the lime juice over the shrimp.
Bake in the preheated oven for 4 – 6 minutes, just until the shrimp are cooked and the butter has melted. Serve immediately.
