  • 1 – 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh green seasoning
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • ¼ tsp pepper sauce
  • Tortilla wraps
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Sauteed Vegetable Mix (see below)
  • Grated Cheese
  • Creamy Dressing
  • Wooden Skewers soaked in water at least ½ hour


  1. Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli poweder, green seasoning, lime juice and pepper sauce. Let marinate for a while, about ½ hour.

  2. Meanwhile preheat the grill according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  3. Place the wraps on the grill to heat. Let grill on one side for approximately 1 minute and then turn onto the other side. You should see some grill marks on the wraps. Remove after another minute and set aside: the wraps shoud still be pliable.

  4. Thread the shrimp onto the skewers (about 3 – 4 per skewer, depending on the length) and place on the griill. Let cook on both sides just until the shrimp are cooked.

  5. Assemble the wrap: Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, shrimp from 1 skewer, vegetables, cheese and dressing on the wrap. Fold or roll the wrap and enjoy.
