- 3 cups flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
- 1 tbsp chopped celery leaves
- 1 – ½ cups water
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Add the chives, celery, all purpose seasoning, salt and pepper.
Form a well in the center and add the water.
Mix together until a soft dough is formed. You may need to add more flour or water to get the correct consistency. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Form into the desired shape.
Cook in a large pot of boiling water for approximately 10 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface. Remove from water and serve.
