  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp chopped celery leaves
  • 1 – ½ cups water


  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Add the chives, celery, all purpose seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Form a well in the center and add the water.
  4. Mix together until a soft dough is formed. You may need to add more flour or water to get the correct consistency. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Form into the desired shape.
  6. Cook in a large pot of boiling water for approximately 10 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface. Remove from water and serve.
