Serves: 4

Complexity: Medium

  • 20 – 24 chicken wings, tips removed
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 – 3 blades chives, sliced finely
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp all purpose seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking Spray

  1. Place chicken wings in a bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients in another bowl. Pour half of this mixture over the wings and let marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight. Refrigerate the remaining mixture.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  3. Place the wings on the tray. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes. During cooking, baste the wings with the remaining marinade. The juices should run clear when pierced with a knife.
