- 4 hops bread
- 4 thick slices ham
- Tomato slices
- Pepper Sauce
- Chow Chow
Slice hops bread in half.
Spread both sides with mayonnaise followed by mustard.
Place ham slices on bottom half of bread.
Place the tomato and lettuce on top.
Add the chow chow and dot with pepper sauce.
Top with other half of bread and serve.
