- 12-14 chicken wings, tips removed
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tsp lime zest
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1½ tbsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp chili garlic paste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp fresh green seasoning
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra honey and chilli garlic paste
Wash and clean wings; combine all the remaining ingredients in a big bowl.
Add wings to the mixture and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove wings from mixture and layer wings on a greased baking sheet.
Bake wings for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
