- 4 bread rolls
- Cheese slices, cheddar
- Tomato slices
- 1 jar basil pesto
- Pepper sauce, optional
- Slice the rolls in half. Spread mustard on the bottom half of the roll.
- Top with cheese and tomato slices. Dot with pepper sauce if using.
- Spread the top half of the roll evenly with pesto and place on the sandwich.
- Place in a preheated oven (375 degrees F) and heat through just until the cheese starts to melt. Remove and serve.
