CREAMY SHADON BENI SAUCE

A really versatile sauce to use with salads, sandwiches, with grilled foods and even as a dipping sauce.

CREAMY MUSHROOM AND SEAFOOD SAUCE

 

We used some leftover fish fillets, in this case, salmon. Kingfish also work well. You could also add chopped shrimp. We usually serve this tasty sauce over spaghetti.
