BRUNSWICK Happy Hour at Paprika !

So what goes well with sparkling wine and cocktails? That list could be long.

However recently at Paprika Restaurant, there were some delicious, creative appetizers served up at the launch of Brunswick Happy Hour.

 

Hosted by Alston’s Marketing Ltd, this was one of the five restaurants that will have gourmet dishes created with Brunswick products added to their menus.  Drink Wine Bar, Levels, Dream and Rise are the other participating restaurants in the Brunswick Happy Hour which runs for 5 weeks starting August 30th.

AMCO’s consumer products division team, including Brunswick Brand Manager Kelvin Fraser was on hand to welcome guests.

The highlight of the night was the live chef demos. Three master chefs were each responsible for creating dishes using a specific Brunswick product and showcasing the versatility of the seafood.

Chef Jamelia Jeremiah from Chaud Restaurant gave a live demo of her Gourmet Tuna Salad and also delighted patrons with her Tuna Cheese Balls and Asian tuna served on crispy wonton skins.

Chef Gregory Lindsey, a lecturing chef at TTHTI. He entertained all with his preparation of Crispy Pimento Sardine Pizza. He also served up Savory Mackerel Kipper Cakes.

Chef Javier Sanchez from Venezuela, showed the audience his Casua Lamenia which included mashed potato and salmon. His other seafood delights were Napolia, and a bruschetta featuring Brunswick skinless, boneless salmon.


With Prossecco, Mojitos and other cocktails flowing, all of the Brunswick born appetizers were enjoyed by all present.
