LENTIL LOAF

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Lentil Peas
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 pimento peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sprig shadon beni
  • 1 head chive
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mix dried fruits
  • 1 carrot grated

Directions

  1. Cook lentils for about 25 mins until soft in texture, Dice carrots, garlic, pimentos, shadon beni, and chive separately.

  2. Mash peas with fork and add chopped ingredients, dried fruits and flour. Knead into a dough.

  3. Butter a casserole dish and place mixture into dish, bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
