CARIBBEAN FRY BAKES

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Corn Meal Flour
  • ½ Cup Allpurpose Flour
  • 1 Whole Nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl and add water until it becomes a pasty consistency. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. Heat a pot with shallow oil and spoon mixture into the oil one at a time.

  3. Serve with cheddar cheese or your local favourite snack.
