Follow the Flavor – Coconut

What could be more tropical than the flavor of coconut, other than the common visual of a swaying palm tree, which bears this unique fruit (check our logo)?

Coconut is used in a variety of dishes where it might lend a subtle flavor such as calaloo, pelau, and curried meats. These dishes just would not taste the same without the flavor of coconut.

Who can resist the aroma of a hot coconut bake right out the oven, or the sticky goodness of a coconut turnover. Not to mention the traditional homemade coconut ice-cream.

Join us on another journey as we follow the flavor of coconut.
