LOVE basil mayonnaise. I use LOTS of basil during the summer. I have 4 plants. I use this dressing on sandwiches and burgers instead of plain mayo, dip for chips or fresh veggies. I don't care for all purpose seasoning so I leave it out and instead of lime juice I use lemon juice and the zest of 1 small lemon.

I use it as a salad dressing thinning it with additional olive oil.

Basil is so versatile. One of our favorites as well.
