DASHEEN SOUSE

Ingredients

  • 4 large dasheen
  • 2 onions. chopped
  • 4- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 4 blades chive, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water

Directions

  1. Peel and boil dasheen until cooked. Dice into 1-inch cubes.

  2. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Pour in enough water just to cover the ingredients

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.

  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve
