SHADON BENI SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 4 – 5 bunches shadon beni leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ small scotch bonnet pepper
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup water

Directions

  1. Wash leaves and place in blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth. If mixture is too thick you may need to add a little more water.
  4. Pour into serving bowl and enjoy.
