  • 4 large king fish fillets
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 -2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 -2 tbsps cumin
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Cooking spray


  1. Rinse fish fillets and place in dish. Sprinkle fillets with the lime juice, spices, salt and pepper, rubbing onto the fish on both sides. Place in refrigerator and let marinate for at least one hour.

  2. Place a broiling rack over a broiling tray and spray with cooking spray.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  4. Remove fish from the refrigerator and drizzle both sides with olive oil. Place the fillets on rack. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. The fish is done when the fish flakes easily when pulled with a fork. Remove and serve.
