SIMPLE ROAST BAKE

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ lb margarine
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1-cup water

Directions

  1. Combine flour with salt, sugar and margarine. Add 1 cup water or enough to make a soft dough
  2. Knead for five minutes, form into a smooth ball, cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Knead again and let rest for 15 minutes. Flatten ball using hands into a 9-inch round.
  4. Place in greased baking dish. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Turn dough on other side and bake for another 15 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting in triangular pieces.
