Coconut Oil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 oz chive
  • 1 oz celery
  • 2 oz chadon beni
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 oz pine nuts
  • ½ cup coconut oil

Directions

  1. Put the chive, celery, chadon beni, garlic, oil, salt and nuts into a blender.
  2. Blend to a smooth paste. Serve.
