This is a versatile sauce that can be used many ways including over steak, chicken, fish or pasta.

FRESH GREEN SEASONING OR "GRIND SEASONING"

A blend of local herbs which is used as a staple seasoning for meats, fish and many other dishes.

BROWNING

This dark sugar syrup is heated and used to brown meats for traditional Trinidadian stewed chicken, beef and pork. It's also used in Trini Christmas fruit cake.
