- 3 – 4 Pommeracs, seeded and cut in chunks
- 2 mangoes, preferably Julie, peeled and flesh diced
- 10 – 15 seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup bing cherries
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh basil chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place all the fruit in a bowl and drizzle the lime juice.
Add the basil and a little salt and pepper.
Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
