JOEL’S FRUIT SALAD

Complexity: Easy

Ingredients:

  • 3 – 4 Pommeracs, seeded and cut in chunks
  • 2 mangoes, preferably Julie, peeled and flesh diced
  • 10 – 15 seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup bing cherries
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh basil chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Place all the fruit in a bowl and drizzle the lime juice.

  2. Add the basil and a little salt and pepper.

  3. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
