- 4 baguettes, white or multigrain
- Chopped black olives
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Anchovy fillets
- Onions, sliced
- Hard boiled eggs, sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Mustard, optional
- Pepper sauce, optional
- Olive oil
Split the rolls in half, lengthwise. You can toast the rolls if desired.
Place the tuna on the bottom half of the roll. Top with the romaine lettuce, onion slices, olives, anchovies, eggs and tomatoes.
If using, dot with mustard and pepper sauce. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Top with the remaining bread half. Enjoy.
