- 2 (16 oz) cans channa or chickpeas
- 2 medium sweet peppers
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 medium cucumbers, diced
- 2 stalks of celery, finely diced
- 1/3 cup crumbled crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Dice the cucumbers, tomatoes and the sweet peppers.
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Refrigerate until cool and serve either as a side dish or over lettuce.
