OATMEAL PROTEIN FRUIT MUFFINS

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup mixed fruit
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ½ cup glazed cherries
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup agave
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients together.

  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl and add to dry ingredients

  4. Scoop batter into greased muffin tins or greased cake pan.

  5. Bake for 35 min or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.

  6. Protein per muffin 15%
