- 4 slices multigrain bread
- 4 – 5 smoked salmon slices, cut in strips
- Goat Cheese, softened
- 1 – 2 small tomatoes, diced
- Lettuce, chopped
- Thin slices of red onion
Toast the slices of bread.
Spread on one side with the softened goat cheese.
Top with the salmon, letttuce, tomatoes and onions.
