- 4 – 6 slices multigrain bread
- 6 – 8 smoked salmon slices, cut in strips
- Slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hardboiled eggs, peeled and quartered and halved
- ¼ cup diced sweet pepper
- Lettuce, chopped
- Thin slices of red onion
- Black pepper
- Pepper Sauce (optional)
Toast the slices of bread.
Spread on one side with the mayonnaise
Top with the slices of cheddar cheese. Drizzle the cheese with a litlle mustard and pepper sauce if using.
Top with salmon, letttuce, peppers, eggs and onions. Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper.
